TCPA consent notice
The exact consent language every form on this site posts to our system when you submit it, and what it means.
The consent language
By submitting this form, I consent to be contacted by Easy Offer House Buyers LLC and its buyer partners at the phone number and email provided, including via autodialed or prerecorded calls, text messages, and email. Consent is not a condition of any service. I agree to the Privacy Policy and TCPA Consent notice.
What this means
When you submit a form on this site, the TCPA consent checkbox is unchecked by default. You have to explicitly check it for the form to submit. When you do, we log a consent record that includes: the exact text you saw above, a timestamp (in UTC and local time), your IP address, and your browser's user agent.
Revoking consent
You can revoke consent at any time. Text "STOP" to any SMS we send, or email hello@easyofferhousebuyers.com with the subject line "Revoke consent." We stop all calls, texts, and emails within one business day of receiving the revocation. We keep the consent record itself for seven years per the TCPA statute of limitations.
What "autodialed or prerecorded" means
Most of our outreach is a live person (usually Sam or Pete) calling you back from a regular phone. The TCPA statute requires the disclosure to cover autodialed and prerecorded calls too, even when we don't typically use them, because the law applies regardless of whether we actually call that way.
